Origins
After 5 years as an SAP North America employee and then doing client side SAP security implementations Hugh Jetha founded Sage Solutions Consulting in 2002. SSC began doing enterprise implementations with Coca Cola, Limited Brands, KPMG, J&J and even the United Nations. In fact, SAP North America has been a SSC client for several years. Focus and high value outcomes led clients to ask for expanded engagements and over time the business evolved into a comprehensive IT advisory practice.

Going Forward
With a stable client base and experienced leadership in place we’re continuing to grow responsibly. A natural extension of our consulting work has motivated our expansion into managed services, IT staffing and fractional leadership services.
We’ve made some acquisitions that were compatible with our way of doing business and will consider future partnerships that fit our criteria.
Leadership
Hugh Jetha | CEO & Founder
Hugh Jetha is CEO and founder of Sage Solutions Consulting, Inc. He manages new business development, enterprise relationships and supports the company’s leadership team. Hugh has a unique ability to understand client technology needs in terms of their current business requirements and uses this to anticipate future needs to optimize practical value and performance. While he’s built a successful technology practice with proven technical expertise, his business acumen and focus on productive relationships are what enable Sage to continually deliver better value and outcomes.
Based in Sage Solutions Consulting’s Jacksonville office, Hugh has a post-graduate degree in Advanced Information Technology from the University of Toronto and a bachelor of arts from the University of Western Ontario. He is a YPO member and is currently serving as chairman of the board for his chapter. Hugh is the principal and is active in 3 start up businesses.
Joe Etherton | Managing Partner
Joe Etherton is a Managing Partner at Sage Solutions Consulting, Inc. and has been a part of the company for 20 years. He is responsible for our mid to large cap SAP professional services customers. Joe advises customers on executing secure and scalable processes and practices within all modules of SAP, from R3 to ECC to S4. He has a unique depth of experience leading teams in the design and implementation of best practice security solutions in SAP applications across multiple industries.
Based in our Nashville office, Joe has a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University with Minor in Human Organizational Development.
Keith Zielenski | Managing Director
Keith Zielenski is a Managing Director with Sage Solutions Consulting where he leads Sage’s cyber security practice. He advises CIOs on vulnerability management, cyber technology upgrades, regulatory compliance, and incident response planning. His prior roles include leading Protiviti’s Security and Privacy Services for the Financial Services Industry, managing Deloitte's Global Secure Software Enablement practice, and serving as Vice President of Professional Services at Accela, Inc.
Based out of New York City, Keith is a Fullbright Scholar and holds a Masters of Science in Engineering Management from George Washington University. Additionally, he serves as an adjunct professor of Cyber Security at Fordham University.
Gary L. Thrash | Managing Director
Gary Thrash is Managing Director with Sage Solutions Consulting Inc. specializing in digital transformation, data management and data governance & analytics. He helps clients design and implement global data and analytics solutions that produce significant improvements by aligning data strategy with business objectives. Results deliver competitive advantage and improve profitability. He previously held leadership positions at KPMG, IBM and Ernst & Young.
Based in our Jacksonville office, Gary has a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Park University.
