We helped a client design and build an AI powered knowledge library that allowed tech and support to access previous case instructions and generate diagnosis outlines on-demand.

Architectural Augmentation
Several times we have helped clients prepare for new locations by working with their architects to identify technology infrastructure requirements. This work involves traditional technology components like cabling and wireless access points and also building security elements from cameras and motion sensors to digital access for entry and exit points.
